Still Going Through Your Trial?
We believe that we’re offering the fairest way of setting the trial price; you pick one that you’re comfortable with and see if Noom is a good fit.
If your Noom trial experience was underwhelming or you encountered issues that interfered with the full Noom experience, please reach out to Support to inquire about a refund.
Are You a Subscriber?
We understand that life happens — and sometimes it’s just not the right time to start or continue with a program like Noom.
- We’ll issue a refund for your initial subscription or add-on charges provided that you reach out to Support within 14 days of the charge date.
- Renewal charges aren’t eligible for a refund, so please make sure you cancel your subscription or renewing add-on prior to the renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after your subscription or add-on renewal will go into effect at the end of that billing cycle.
To inquire about a refund within the 14-day grace period, please reach out to Noom Support by tapping the chat button at the bottom-right corner of the screen, or send us a message via our contact form.
To cancel your subscription, you can do so in the app settings or via your Subscription Portal. Here are detailed instructions on how to do it.
Not Sure About Your Charges?
If you’d like to get more information about your plan and charges, you can easily do so in your Subscription Portal. Just make sure to log in with the same credentials you used to create your account.

Once you log into your Subscription Portal, you’ll be able to view your current plan and change it if you’d like. You can find more information about your charges in the How can I learn about my charges and find my receipt? FAQ.
Please keep in mind:
Uninstalling the Noom app doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription — you need to cancel your account.
You can check your subscription status and cancel either in the app settings or via your Subscription Portal. Here are detailed instructions on how to do it.
