You can update your profile name, bio, picture, and settings (gender, age, and height) within the Noom app.
Updating Your Noom App Profile Name
To update your Noom app profile name:
- Open the Noom app and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap the First Name field.
- Enter your preferred name.
Once you complete the steps above, your Noom Coaches will see your new information.
Updating Your Noom App Bio
To update your Noom app bio:
- Open the Noom app and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap the bio field.
- Enter your bio.
Once you complete the steps above, your Noom Coaches will see your new information.
Updating Your Noom App Profile Picture
To update your Noom app profile picture:
- Open the Noom app and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap the Profile photo field.
- Select Take a Photo if you want to take a picture with your camera or Pick from Gallery if you want to choose a picture you’ve already taken from your phone’s picture gallery.
- Tap Use Photo/Retake if you’re taking a new picture or Choose if you’re selecting a picture from your picture gallery.
Once you complete the steps above, your Noom Coaches will see your new information.
Updating Your Noom App Settings
To update your Noom app settings (gender, age, and height):
- Open the Noom app and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap the Gender, Age, and Height fields and make any changes needed.
Please note that your Noom app settings are completely separate from your Noom Community profile. Any changes that you make to these settings won’t be reflected in your Noom Community profile and vice versa.
