Syncing and Transferring the Noom App and Data Across Devices

Syncing the Noom App and Data Across Multiple Devices

It’s not possible to sync your Noom app or data between devices at this time. For the optimal experience, we strongly recommend using Noom from a single device and deleting the app from any additional devices, as this will prevent any potential issues with syncing and data loss.

Please note that using the app across different platforms (iOS to Android or Android to iOS) will result in a corrupted account with complete data loss. If this happens, we won’t be able to restore the data for you.

While our program was developed with the convenience of a smartphone in mind, the app is also available for use on a tablet. Please keep in mind that there’s limited functionality when using Noom on a tablet due to device capability, such as the lack of an internal motion sensor for tracking steps.

Transferring the Noom App and Data to a New Device

If you’ve switched devices or reinstalled the Noom app, please make sure to log in as an existing user by clicking the Log In button on the home screen. When prompted to log in, please use the same login method you used on your previous device so you can quickly resume where you left off. You can also refer to the How to Log In/Out FAQ for more information.

For the optimal Noom experience, we strongly recommend using Noom from a single device and deleting the app from any additional devices, as this will prevent any potential issues with syncing and data loss.

Please note: We’re only able to move data between like devices, such as Android to Android or iOS or iOS. Using the app across different platforms (iOS to Android and Android to iOS) can result in a corrupted account with complete data loss, which we can’t restore.
