If you’re experiencing a bug that’s making your Noom experience less than optimal, please let us know by filling out our Contact Support form.
To fill out the form:
- Select No for the Was this useful? question.
- Select Report a product issue in the I want to… dropdown menu.
- Select the appropriate field in the More details dropdown menu.
- Tap Next.
- Fill out all of the required fields.
- Tap Submit.
Please make sure to include the following details when submitting your issue:
- Make and model of your device
- Noom app and device operating system versions (you can refer to the Locating Your Noom App and Device Operating System Versions FAQ if you need help locating these)
- Steps taken before the error occurred
- Error message, if applicable
