Troubleshooting for iOS

If you’re running into issues while using Noom, here are a few troubleshooting methods that could help solve the problem:

Force-Close Noom

Sometimes your Noom App just needs a quick restart.

  1. Force-close the app by swiping up slowly from the bottom of your device’s home screen, then swipe up again on Noom to close the app.

If the problem persists, please move on to the next troubleshooting method.

Check to Make Sure You’re on the Latest Version of the App

How do I know if I’m on the latest version of Noom?

  1. Make sure Noom is on the latest version by returning to the App Store. If it says Open, then you’re already on the latest version.
  2. If you see the Update button, tap it to update to the latest version.
  3. Power off your device and wait 30 seconds.
  4. Power your device back on.

The newest version of the app will contain plenty of bug fixes, so hopefully, this solves your problem. If there’s no option to update, please move on to the last troubleshooting method.
