An access code is the main identifier for your Noom account. If you have any issues and need to get help from support, this Access Code will be the single most helpful thing to help you resolve any issues.
To find your Noom Access Code:
- Open the Noom app and tap the profile picture or hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Your access code will be shown below the Access Code field.
