You can edit and delete foods or meals logged on the current or previous day.
Edit or Delete Meals on the Current Day
To edit or delete a meal on the current day:
- Open the Noom app and tap the Log Your Meals task card on the home screen OR tap the Track More Habits menu on the home screen and then tap Meals.
- Select the meal you’d like to edit or delete. You can still select it if it’s checked off for the day.
- On the Meal Review screen, tap the X next to the name of the food to remove the food item(s) or tap + Add More to add other items to your meal.
- Tap Update/Done once you’re done making your changes.
- Tap Close on the food summary screen (if prompted).
Edit or Delete Meals on a Previous Day
To edit or delete a meal on a previous day:
- Open the Noom app and use the back arrow to the left of the days of the week at the top of the screen to scroll back to the correct day.
- Tap the Log Your Meals task card on the home screen OR tap the Track More Habits menu on the home screen and then tap Meals.
- Select the meal you’d like to edit or delete. You can still select it if it’s checked off for the day.
- On the Meal Review screen, tap the X next to the name of the food to remove the food item(s) or tap + Add More to add other items to your meal.
- Tap Update/Done once you’re done making your changes.
- Tap Close on the food summary screen (if prompted).
