How to Log Recipes (iOS)

You can browse our recipe database by entering whatever you’re looking for into the search bar or by searching according to specific criteria (Meal Type, Calories per Serving, Time to Prepare, Dietary Restrictions). Once you’ve found a recipe you like, you can quickly log it while on the recipe screen.

Logging a Recipe from the Recipe Screen

To log a recipe as a meal from the recipe screen:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the Success Kit tab at the bottom of the home screen.
  2. Tap Recipes.
  3. Search for and select your desired recipe.
  4. Tap Log this recipe.
  5. When the meal screen opens, tap the meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack).
  6. Slide your finger across the slider bar to select your serving size and tap Log
  7. Add any extra items if needed.
  8. Tap Log at the bottom of the screen.
  9. Tap Close on the summary screen (if prompted).

Logging a Previously Logged Recipe

To quickly log the same recipe again:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the Log Your Meals task card on the home screen.
  2. Select the meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack).
  3. Type the name of the recipe in the search bar at the top.
  4. Select the recipe from the search results list. 
  5. Slide your finger across the slider bar to select your serving size and tap Log
  6. Add any extra items if needed.
  7. Tap Log at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Tap Close on the summary screen (if prompted).
