  • Healthy Aging and Metabolism: A high-level overview of the science of aging and successful weight loss, nutrition and exercise tips for a healthy metabolism, and how to age with confidence.
  • Navigating Menopause and Your Metabolism: Covers stages of menopause, weight loss considerations, and how to manage symptoms through both healthy habits and treatments like hormone therapy (only available to women and intersex).
  • Testosterone Decline and Weight Loss: Covers how aging affects testosterone and tips for maintaining hormonal balance (only available to men and intersex).
  • Losing Weight with Health Conditions: Weight loss considerations for age-related medications and conditions like diabetes, arthritis, and thyroid conditions. Includes info on vitamins to maintain healthy nutrition as you age.

On-Demand Content

The Success Kit contains on-demand guides that are available to all Noomers who have Healthy Aging and Metabolism Course Enhancement. These guides are designed to support healthy aging topics at any time and include:

  • The science of aging and metabolism
  • Your protein guide
  • Cheat sheets to improve sleep
  • 3 workouts to stay fit and strong
  • Hot flashes guide to support menopause symptoms (only individuals who identify as females):

Muscle Maintenance Features

New features to support muscle maintenance include:

  • Muscle Defense™ library of strength workouts focused on building and maintaining strength (available with Noom app version 12.40.0 or higher).
  • Protein tracking features, including a protein tracker on the home screen (available for purchases made on or after December 11, 2024, and have Noom app version 12.47.0 or higher).

How to Add the Healthy Aging and Metabolism Course Enhancement During Signup

Depending on how you answer the questions during the signup process, the Healthy Aging and Metabolism Course Enhancement may already be added to your personalized plan on the checkout page. Please note that we’re not able to add any Course Enhancements after you complete the signup process. Additionally, some Course Enhancements are available for free, provided that you complete the checkout process before the timer runs out. If you continue the checkout process after the timer runs out, you’ll be charged for the Course Enhancement(s).

No Course Enhancements Added at Checkout

If none of the Course Enhancements have been added to the checkout page, the section below the Price After Trial will display an Add button where you can manually select which course enhancements you’d like to add.

To add the Healthy Aging and Metabolism Course Enhancement:

  1. Tap the Add button on the checkout page.
  2. Tap Add for each Course Enhancement you’d like to add.
  3. Tap Go Back once you’re done adding Course Enhancements.

How to Access the Healthy Aging and Metabolism Course Enhancement

The Healthy Aging and Metabolism Course Enhancement has 4 mini-courses that are automatically inserted into your Noom Weight curriculum on specific days. To access these courses:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the profile picture icon in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Library (iOS) / My Library (Android).
  3. Scroll down to the Break Through Weight Loss Barriers section.
  4. Select the Healthy Aging and Metabolism course.
  5. Tap Start minicourse to start the course.

Please note that the Library is unlocked after earning 15 Noomcoins and the Healthy Aging and Metabolism content is unlocked after you’ve completed 4 modules or earned 15 Noomcoins. If you haven’t yet completed 4 modules or earned 15 Noomcoins, then the content won’t be visible until the requirements are met.
