Can you confirm that I’m enrolled correctly through my employer?

You should be enrolled correctly, provided that you received an email from the Noom Healthcare team and followed the signup instructions in the email. If you have further questions about your plan, please contact partnersupport@noom.com.

Can I switch my program?

The option to switch programs isn’t available at this time. However, Noom is committed to matching people with the program that may best support their health goals based on the background information that they’ve provided.

How is my data shared with the CDC?

In order to maintain our Full Recognition status with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we submit only the pieces of information that are required to remain in good standing so we can continue to deliver a high-quality program. These pieces of data are outlined in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Diabetes Prevention Recognition Program Standards and Operating Procedures and include the information you provided to us to determine your eligibility for DPP as well as your weekly weight and exercise minutes that you provide to us.
