You’ll be paired with a personal Coach on the first day of your Noom Mood program. You can reach out to them via the Noom app, Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Time.
Your Coach will help track your progress and support you with your weekly activities. They’ll send you weekly messages on the app to continually personalize your Noom experience. Together, you can customize the program’s activities, reflect on challenges and takeaways, and draw connections between the written content and your first-hand experiences.
You can message your Coach outside of your weekly check-ins as needed. Just keep in mind that it may take them a little longer to get back to you.
The best way to learn effective stress management is to put your ideas into practice and your coach is here to help.
