What should I do if my pharmacy doesn’t have my medication in stock?
We recommend contacting any local pharmacies in your area to see if they have your medication in stock. If they do, you can transfer your prescription from your current pharmacy to the new pharmacy and they’ll be able to fill your prescription.
I can’t find the medication in stock anywhere. What are my options?
Medication stock can vary by the region of the country you’re in, as well as the policies of specific pharmacies. You can either continue to look for pharmacies in your area that may have your medication in stock, or you can ask to be connected to a clinician via your Care Team in-app chat to discuss any alternative medication options that may be a good fit for you.
Can my prescription be transferred if I find another pharmacy that has my medication?
Most pharmacies allow you to simply call to transfer your prescription or initiate a transfer via their website. If you’ve tried both of these options and are still having difficulty, please contact your Care Team in the Noom app for assistance.
