How do I upgrade my Noom Weight subscription to Noom Med?

The Noom Med program requires participants to meet certain criteria to join the program. If you’re eligible for Noom Med and decide you want to upgrade, you will immediately begin your new Noom program and end your current Noom subscription. 

Please follow the steps below if you currently have a Noom Weight or Premium subscription and want to see if you qualify to upgrade to Noom Med.

Upgrading on iOS

To see if you qualify to upgrade your Noom Weight subscription to Noom Med on iOS:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Account section and tap Manage Subscription.
  4. Tap Upgrade to a Noom Med Plan.
  5. Tap Check if you’re eligible and continue with the prompts to see if you qualify.

Upgrading on Android

To see if you qualify to upgrade your Noom Weight subscription to Noom Med on Android:

  1. Open the Noom app and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Manage Subscription.
  4. Tap Upgrade to a Noom Med Plan.
  5. Tap Check if you’re eligible and continue with the prompts to see if you qualify.

Upgrade Limitations

Please note that some Noomers may have account limitations that prevent a self-service upgrade and you won’t see that option. If you don’t see the option to upgrade or experience any issues, please reach out to our Noom Support Team at noommed@noom.com and they’ll be happy to assist you!

How do I cancel my Noom Med subscription?

We’re sad to hear you’d like to cancel your subscription but completely understand that everyone’s wellness journey is different. Please reach out to our Support team at noommed@noom.com and one of our agents will be happy to assist you!

My insurance will cover branded medication (Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro). Is that something you offer?

We do offer another program that offers the same base curriculum experience but with branded medication. To switch to this program, please reach out to our Noom Med Support team at noommed@noom.com and one of our agents will be happy to assist you with switching to this program.
