Delivery of your compounded medication(s) typically takes 2-4 business days, but scenarios like holidays or severe weather can potentially extend the delivery timeframe. My order arrived damaged/broken/unusable. How do I request a replacement?

I’m missing part of my order.
We’re sorry to hear your order arrived missing something! Your Noom Med order will come in a box or kit that should contain everything you need for medication administration, including needles, syringes, vials containing medication, and ice packs to ensure the temperature stability of the medication during shipping. Please reach out to your Care Team in the Noom app and they’ll be happy to assist you regarding any replacement items.
I need to update my shipping address.
If you need to make any adjustments to the address where your medication is being shipped, please reach out to your Care Team in the Noom app and they’ll be happy to assist you! Please note that once your medication order has been placed, the shipping address can’t be updated and any changes made will go into effect for your next refill.
