Participation is optional, much like other features of the Noom app. While you’re not able to completely opt out of Noom Community, you can exit all of the Communities you’re part of and not interact with Noom Community.
To leave a Noom Community:
- Enter the Community you wish to leave.
- Tap the three dots on the right side of the screen just below the name of the Community.
- Tap Leave Community.
- Tap Leave in the pop-up box.
