The daily content for each day can be found on the home screen under Today’s Lessons.
You can also locate course modules and swap between mini-courses via the Course Progress Map.
- Open the Noom app and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap Course Map (iOS) or Course Progress (Android).
- Select the course module you want to view.
