What should I do if I can’t use Noom for a period of time?

We completely understand that sometimes you need to take a break from Noom, whether you just got married, gave birth, or simply need to take some time off.

Just let your Noom Guides/Coach know that you’ll be out for a certain period of time so they can stay in the loop with where you’re at.

We’re unable to pause your subscription, but your Noom Guides/Coach will be happy to help you catch up when you return!
