Hollie’s been successful losing weight at several points in her life, but she was never able to keep the weight off. She could never make the changes stick because they simply weren’t sustainable. I never in a million years thought I could run, but now I am running… and reminding myself ‘it’s all in your head!’ when I want to stop.”

I am realizing the importance of taking time for me. I have a very stressful job and am a busy mom and wife… like so many other women I take care of everyone else before myself. But it really is true that you can’t pour from an empty cup. Noom has helped me re-fill my cup. I’m a better ‘me’ when I do that.
