The Noom app has an extensive database of over 3,000 recipes designed to provide inspiration to help you plan your meals and make healthy food choices. Many of our recipes are sourced directly from Rodale, Inc., the world’s leading healthy lifestyle company. Rodale publishes some of the best-known health and wellness lifestyle magazines, including Prevention, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Runner’s World, Running Times, Bicycling, and Rodale’s Organic Life.
Recipe Availability
Our recipe database is currently available in English, Korean, and German, but we’re always working on improvements, so stay tuned for more!
Viewing Recipes
To access the recipe database:
- Open the Noom app and tap the Success Kit tab at the bottom of the home screen.
- Select Recipes.
You can scroll through the list of recipes or you can search by ingredient. To make meal planning easy, the recipes can also be filtered by specific criteria.
Filtering Recipes
To filter recipes by specific criteria:
- Tap the Settings icon in the Search by Ingredient field.
- Select the applicable filter criteria (Meal Type, Calories per Serving, Time to Prepare, Dietary Restrictions).
- Tap Apply.
Each recipe includes detailed preparation instructions, calories per serving, food color category percentage, and other nutritional information. You can also Favorite the recipe or Log the recipe directly from this screen.
