Locating Your Noom App and Device Operating System Versions

When contacting Support for any troubleshooting, please make sure to have your Noom app and device operating system versions available.

Locating Your Noom App Version on iOS

To locate your Noom app version on an iOS device:

  1. Open the Noom and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Account section and you’ll see your Noom app version listed in the Version Number field.

Locating Your Device Operating System on iOS

To locate your device operating system (OS) on an iOS device:

  1. Tap the gray Settings app on your device (usually located on your device’s home screen).
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap About.
  4. Your operating system version is located in the iOS Version field.

Locating Your Noom App Version on Android

To locate your Noom app version on an Android device:

  1. Open the Noom and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. You’ll see your Noom app version listed in the Installed Noom Version field.

Locating Your Device Operating System on Android

To locate your device operating system (OS) on an Android device:

  1. Swipe down on your device’s home screen and tap the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to access your device settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap About Phone.
  3. Scroll down to find your operating system version in the Android Version field.
