Your Noom Med (Telehealth) subscription should be a qualifying medical expense for most HSA/FSA plans. While we’re unable to accept direct payments at this time, we can provide you with the documentation needed for reimbursement.
When you signed up, you should’ve received a subscription receipt in your email. You’ll also need a Letter of Medical Necessity signed by your clinician, which we can provide for you upon request. Just let your Care Team know via your in-app chat and they’ll be happy to assist you!
Please note that if you’re interested in reimbursement for the cost of your medication, you’ll need to use the receipt provided to you by the pharmacy. Additionally, Noom can’t guarantee that any Noom services will qualify for every FSA/HSA plan.
