If needed, you can still access past health reports from the Progress tab at any time after hiding Body Scan.
Health Report Generation Failure
Some of the more common reasons for Body Scan and Health Report generation failure include:
- Objects on the floor or in the surrounding area that may be blocking the full view of your body. Clear the area and make sure your full body is visible.
- The lighting is too dim. Take the scan in a well-lit space, ideally with a blank wall behind you.
- Your spin speed is too fast or too slow. When you spin, pace your spin with the 10-second countdown. When it reaches 5 your back should be to your phone, and when it reaches 10 you should be facing the phone again.
- There are children or pets in the background. Ensure there are no kids or pets entering the frame during the scan.
- The scan detects more than one person. Verify that there are no mirrors or reflections of yourself visible in the scan area. Clothing items or background posters with faces may cause the technology to falsely detect an additional person in your scan area.
- Posing in the wrong position. Be sure to stand straight, with feet shoulder-width apart, and your arms out slightly in an A position.
- Your hair is blocking part of your body. Keep your hair off your shoulders and face while conducting your scan.
- Your clothing was too loose. Wear tight-fitting clothes for the best result. Your scan results will be most consistent if you wear the same clothes for each scan.
- Your internet or wifi connection was poor during the scan. Try doing your scan in a place where you have a strong and reliable connection.
